Delivery and Returns

You have the option of:

Pick Up in Store

Local Delivery within 15km of Kingscourt, Co. Cavan

Or Flat Rate of €5.95 on all orders nationwide.

Callan's Pharmacy will endeavor to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt.

Items for pick up in store should be picked up within 10 working days of order placement.

We understand that there may be cases where your order is delayed. In such cases, we will contact you directly to inform you of the delay. There also may be cases when the product delivered is not correct or not as per your specifications when placing the order. In such cases, you can return it for replacement/refund, as per our returns policy.

If your order is to be delivered by courier, our courier service An POST are responsible for the prompt delivery of your order. You might receive a text message informing you when the package will be delivered. Please ensure that you have provided the correct mobile phone number in order to be contacted.

Returns Policy

Within 14 days

Callans Pharmacy will accept items that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery. All such items must be returned in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition, otherwise we reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund the returned goods.

Once the returned goods have been received by post, a refund will be issued in full via the original payment method.

If the item was faulty or damaged when delivered or collected from store, an exchange or refund will be offered. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Callans Pharmacy cannot accept any responsibility for items that are lost in transit. If returning an item to us please obtain proof of postage.

Outside the Returns Period

Any person returning goods outside of the returns period (with the exception of faulty or damaged goods), will be offered a credit note for future use in Callans

Pharmacy or online.

Our refund policy does not affect your rights in respect of faulty or damaged goods.

No refund or exchange will be given without a receipt, dispatch note or other proof of purchase.
